UBETHAWKE is the program that controls UBET.
UBETHAWKE ensures that UBET is restarted at two hour intervals and race meeting details are refreshed on restart.
It is not necessary to run UBETHAWKE but it is recommended that you do so.
How do I start UBET
There are two ways to start UBET being
Click on the UBETHAWKE icon and both UBETHAWKE and UBET will start or.
Click on the UBET icon
What do i do after UBET starts
First thing to do after UBET starts is to click on the refresh button to start downloading the meeting details for the day. Once refresh is complete click the search button to display the meetings list

You can see the daily race list by clicking on the Race list tab
Where can i view the race detail
You can view the race detail by clicking on the race detail tab
How do i find the bet placement screen
The bet screen can be viewed by double clicking on the runner name or
How do i make a bet
From within the bet screen you have 3 choices to make. They are
WIN and PLACE
First you enter the amount you want to bet then you make the runner selection. More than one runner can be selected but you can only choose one amount to bet. The amount that you choose to bet is for each runner that you select.
DUTCHBOOK
Dutchbook betting gives you two options being
“Profit” means how much you would like to make if any one of your selected runners wins or
“Outlay” means how much you want to bet on the selection of runners that you made
Both profit and outlay options allow you to choose your runners based on either
“Saver” bet which means you get your outlay back if this runner wins
“Main” bet which means that you make your money back plus a profit if this runner wins.
When making a Dutchbook bet you must remember that odds can change and there is no guarantee that your saver bet will in fact make your money back if the runner you chose wins
EXOTICS
In the Exotics betting screen you can choose to make a Quinella, Exacta, Trifecta and First Four bets
When I click on save drafts in the betting screen I can’t see where my saved bets have gone
You can view your draft bets at the top of the race detail screen when you click on the drafts tab. Adjacent to the draft bets is the “submit bets” icon. When you click on that icon all draft bets are submitted.
How do i confirm my bets before they are submitted
To confirm your bets before submission you must go into administration menu and select setup, then choose general and uncheck one click betting.
How can i check if my bets have been accepted
Succesfully submitted bets will be displayed in the lodged bets section of the race detail screen a successfully placed bet will have a status of “lodged”
How can i tell if i have won my bet
UBET will retrieve final placing details for the race up to a maximum of 4 runners and display them alongside the runner name.
‘What do I do if I get an “invalid floating point” error message
Just close the error message down as it is not critical

It is completely free to use including unlimited bet placement. But any work that TwoNix undertake to create / customise a U-Bet rule for you will be charged at $100 upfront plus $30 for 15 mins of work. A free quote (after paying $100 upfront ) will be provided and if your provided rules information is precise then we will provide a fixed price quote. Otherwise it’s an approximate quote that may change when rule development is undertaken.
